The run identifies PO avoidance, excess on-hand stock, shortage exposure, slow-moving stock and cross-location transfers.
Outputs are decision-support estimates. Validate demand, stock, supplier terms, shelf life, tax, quality and operational constraints before action.
Workbook requirements

Column order does not matter. Common alternatives such as “Material Code”, “Stock on Hand” and “Average Monthly Demand” are recognised.
